We made a Valentine for daddy! Super easy...she painted a toilet paper roll, then cut construction paper into the shape of two hearts. Decorated the paper, then glued on some eyes and pipe cleaner antennae!

2/01/12- Pocahontas hat!
We went to a Native American museum and K had just watched Pocahontas. So, we made this super easy headband!

1/18/12- painted puppies!
These came from a really cute kit sent by Aunt Liz. ;) K LOVED it and named them Fluffy, Stickery, and Cameron. She painted them all and then once they dried she stuck their "accessories" on them.

Below is an assortment of old crafts...there are far too many to even guess when we did what, and I guess it doesn't really matter, anyway!
New Year's ball- we spray painted a styrofoam ball silver, then used pipe cleanrs and stickers to decorate it.

The ultimate craft- paying a place to do a craft there. This was one of those "Make your own pottery" places.

Thanksgiving turkey hand craft thing!

Absorbing Artwork- involves salt, glue, and food coloring.

This one was pretty cool- we put a piece of paper in a box (the shallow kind, like a t-shirt gift box). Then you dip a marble in paint and roll it around the box!

Ahem, sometimes our crafts are edible.

Sometimes our crafts are totally random. K will request to make something and I, having no real ideas, will just wing it. This is an elephant.

Tie dye! One of our more ambitious crafts. But super fun.

K loves to make paper chains...note to self, don't make them super far ahead...

Earth Day Craft

Cotton balls are always good for a craft. Here we have the Easter Bunny, but you could also do a sheep, or Santa, or a smurf.

The craft that started it all- a Valentine for daddy.
